About The Position
The position involves operating production equipment and troubleshooting product and process problems on all assigned equipment. The individual will coordinate breaks and lunches for associates working in the assigned production areas and maintain a clean work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Additionally, the role includes leading associates to meet the production schedule, cross-training all production associates, and encouraging adherence to safety and quality guidelines. The position also requires completing all necessary paperwork and performing other duties as assigned.
