About The Position

Tarkett is seeking excited candidates for a position in the Molding/Finishing department. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality production standards. Employees will be required to stand and walk for long hours, push objects up to 50 lbs, and adhere to strict safety protocols. The job requires the ability to inspect materials, transport them using a tow motor if necessary, and complete production tickets and downtime sheets. Candidates should be comfortable working in varying temperatures and should have a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long hours during shift
• Ability to push objects up to 50 lbs during a shift
• Ability to reach, bend, lift, and push objects weighing 3-50 lbs on a continuous basis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent distractions
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures

Responsibilities

• Comply with existing safety standards
• Troubleshoot and complete 5s audit
• Load/unload presses
• Perform work within Molding/Finishing department based on business needs
• Inspect materials for defects and inconsistencies
• Transport materials to the next station in the manufacturing process
• Complete production tickets and downtime sheets
• Maintain and continue green initiative
• Support production in meeting weekly quotas
