About The Position

The Production Operator Level 3 position at Nestlé Purina is essential for the Ingredient Preparation, Processing, Packaging, Sanitation, and Distribution Centers at the Crete Factory. This role involves ensuring safety, health, quality, and environmental standards while handling raw and packaged goods, operating production equipment, and delivering materials to production lines. The position requires flexibility to work on all shifts, including potential overtime and weekends.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a production capacity such as manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment.
• Willingness to learn how to operate a forklift and obtain necessary certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle raw or packaged goods and packaging materials.
• Use a forklift truck to deliver raw ingredients and packaging materials to various production lines.
• Operate production equipment in Processing, Ingredient Prep/Receiving, Packaging, VPAC, Sanitation, and Distribution departments.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform all job duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
