About The Position

The Production Operator Level 3 positions are a vital part of the Ingredient Preparation/Receiving, Processing, Packaging, Sanitation, VPAC, and Distribution Centers of the Nestle Purina Crete Factory. Production Operator Level 3 will meet all Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental requirements when performing job duties. The primary responsibilities in these roles are handling raw or packaged goods, packaging materials and/or using a forklift truck to deliver raw ingredients and packaging materials to various production lines. In addition, Level 3 Production Worker will be primary or relief operators on production equipment in Processing, Ingredient Prep/Receiving, Packaging, VPAC, Sanitation and Distribution production departments. There is potential for overtime on all shifts and overtime and weekends are required. Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience working in a production capacity such as manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, industrial, military or related environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be willing to work overtime / night shift and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Willingness to learn how to operate a forklift and obtain necessary certification.
