The Operator IV Associate is required to learn multiple production positions and is responsible for a clean and organized production area. This role fills multiple positions as assigned or in relief. Assist in training new employees.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
Minimum 2 (two) year experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Observes plant safety rules and assists management in oversight of safety roles.
Knowledge on packaging equipment
Quality inspection of finished product
Able to utilize manual pallet jack.
Responsible for housekeeping.
Requires regular on time attendance.
Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.
Must meet most of or all the requirements shown in the training matrix shown for an OPIV, OP III, and OP II.
Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the organization; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
