About The Position

Scope: Change the photo resist rolls on the laminator as needed. Open laminator drawer, lift the used photo resist or mylar roll out of the top and bottom section of the drawer and place on a cart. Remove spindle from core and place in a new roll. Load the new roll into the machine. Team lifts roll over 35 pounds. Thread the photo resist and mylar through the laminator and close the laminator drawer. PAL's are perform at the beginning of every shift to assure that all parameters on the equipment are in running conditions. Strict compliance to all safety and quality guidelines. Follow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes in response to Hot Orders and customer requirements. Work closely with others in a Team environment. Demonstrate a strong, customer-focused culture. Operate with a true sense of urgency. Tools/Equipment: totes, transport carts, rolls, spindles Take Cores from (33in.) to (54in.) weighing (<1)</li> Maneuver carts requiring (5 lbs.) of force. Handle to push/pull laminator drawer (50in.) Roll storage height (17 to 50in.) Rolls weigh (35 lbs.) Spindle weighs (<5 lbs.) Load rolls at (19 & 54in.)</li> Push/pull drawer requires (18 lbs.) of force Change 1-2 rolls per shift.

Requirements

  • Printed circuit board manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Will train if needed.
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated comprehension of written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents. Will train if needed.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.
  • Ability to perform detailed work.
  • Ability to stand throughout shift.
  • Able to understand and perform written procedures.
