To support the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met. The image operator, coats, exposes and develops light sensitive film on a variety of materials, inner layers, sub- assemblies and outer layers as part of the printed circuit board manufacturing process. This opening focus is on the Develop process. 1st shift hours of 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon - Fri with overtime as needed. Position is located at 8192 Southpark Lane, Littleton, CO.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work with chemicals.
Ability to work on feet for entire shift.
Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
Ability to work in a clean room environment which requires special clothing and adherence to clean room protocol.
High school diploma or GED.
No experience required. We can train candidates with the essential knowledge and skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred.
General manufacturing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

Independently operate machines requiring setups
Exposer maintenance
May duplicate artwork and inspect results to produce working copies for production process.
Develop and/or touch-up to duplicate circuit images onto panels prior to plating or masking.
Cleaning of work area
Using layup sheets
Stocking and inventory of core material, dry film and developing solution.
Maintenance of equipment.
Coordination of workload and minimum through put expectations.
