To support the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met. The image operator, coats, exposes and develops light sensitive film on a variety of materials, inner layers, sub- assemblies and outer layers as part of the printed circuit board manufacturing process. This opening focus is on the Develop process. 1st shift hours of 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon - Fri with overtime as needed. Position is located at 8192 Southpark Lane, Littleton, CO.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work with chemicals.
  • Ability to work on feet for entire shift.
  • Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment which requires special clothing and adherence to clean room protocol.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • No experience required. We can train candidates with the essential knowledge and skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred.
  • General manufacturing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Independently operate machines requiring setups
  • Exposer maintenance
  • May duplicate artwork and inspect results to produce working copies for production process.
  • Develop and/or touch-up to duplicate circuit images onto panels prior to plating or masking.
  • Cleaning of work area
  • Using layup sheets
  • Stocking and inventory of core material, dry film and developing solution.
  • Maintenance of equipment.
  • Coordination of workload and minimum through put expectations.
