Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completed ESD training per OP 1707, solder certification per OP 1701 preferred.
• 1 year of related manufacturing Soldering experience.
• Knowledge in Reading Blueprint and Wire schematics.
• Work experience using measuring tools, hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations; monitoring and adjusting machine settings as per the work requirement.
• Reviewing the departmental operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, removing obstacles, and streamlining operational efficiency.
• Performing quality checks as per the plan, documenting the results per the standard quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ordering raw materials, changing stock when needed, verifying receipts, and inspecting materials and products to ensure conformance to specifications.
