Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
Advanced equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting skills.
Leadership experience or ability to mentor others.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and support continuous improvement efforts.
Willingness to work occasional overtime, including weekends.
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned production lines, coordinating workflow to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Perform complex equipment setups, advanced adjustments, and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Partner with maintenance and engineering to identify root causes of recurring equipment issues.
Lead changeovers, ensuring materials, documentation, and labeling meet compliance standards.
Conduct advanced in-process and final quality inspections; address and escalate non-conformances as needed.
Train, coach, and mentor Operator I and II team members, reinforcing SOP adherence and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and supporting new implementations.
Maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality records.
Ensure audit readiness and uphold compliance with safety and GMP standards
Act as a key on-the-floor resource, resolving operational issues and escalating when necessary.
