The Production Operator II for Cytiva is responsible for working with leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers professionally and efficiently, while contributing to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
  • 2-5 years work experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics
  • ability to read, comprehend, and follow written work instructions in English
  • working knowledge of computers and Microsoft OS
  • ability to use basic measuring equipment (rulers, calipers, etc…)

Nice To Haves

  • technical education, higher education
  • clean room/chemical handling experience
  • Standing in your position for 8 hours/day and perform focused tasks in a noisy environment.
  • Safely lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Working in a clean room environment, where gowns and PPE must be worn for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and assemble filtration devices and utilize manufacturing tools and equipment according to established work instructions and specifications.
  • Complete appropriate documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures – including but not limited to production documents, batch control records, scrap/quality issues, and scorecards.
  • Ensure operations are performed safely and with a high level of quality, per our specifications and standards. Associates in this role are also responsible for delivery objectives and may be required to perform additional duties to contribute to continuous improvement efforts for the manufacturing process.
