The Operator II Associate is required to learn multiple production positions and is responsible for a clean and organized production area. This role fills multiple positions as assigned or in relief. Assist in training new employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 6 (six) months experience in a warehouse and/or industrial environment.
• Standing and walking approximately 90 (ninety) percent of work time.
• Willingness to work all/any shifts.
• Typical plant/manufacturing environment with concrete floors and moving equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Observes plant safety rules and assists management in oversight of safety roles.
• Knowledge on packaging equipment
• Quality inspection of finished product
• Able to utilize manual pallet jack.
• Responsible for housekeeping.
• Requires regular on time attendance.
• Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.
• Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the organization; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
