Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 2:30 pm Occasional overtime is required. $17.50/hr + DOE + $0.50/hr wage increase eligible after 90 days Here are some of the benefits we offer after 30 days: Your choice of Medical, Dental and Vision plans Paid Time Off Tuition Assistance after 90 days $750.00 for Referring a Friend Eligible for pay increase after 90 days As a Production Operative 2 , you’ll be responsible for completing job assignments, planning and scheduling work, making production and/or service-related decisions, and taking action on problems. Jointly responsible for whole work processes, performing multiple tasks, and setting staffing plans and production goals for the current day with other team members. Provides information to other team members during shift overlap to improve overall plant performance.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed (we’re all in this together).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital printing equipment.
• A true team player who’s ready to share equipment knowledge and pitch in wherever needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the hustle.
• Great communication skills—because keeping everyone in the loop is key!

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace because safety = success.
• Lifting 15–30 lbs (frequently) and standing for 8–10 hours a day (staying active!).
