Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must either have forklift certification or have ability to pass forklift certification test.
• Steel-toed boots, hard hats, and safety glasses (side shields as needed) are required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions and safety rules.
• Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and training.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture batches of product in Basket Mill and HSD.
• Maintain cleanliness of vessel, gates, blade, blade underside, shaft, manufacture lids and storage lids.
• Utilize various scales as required.
• Properly transact raw material from inventory utilizing scanners.
• Relocate material tanks/containers to place of origin.
• Write off drum heals as required.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as required.
• Properly record times, temperatures, and QCT's of batches as required.
• Comply with all company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Follow all departmental policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
