Requirements

• Holds a Secondary/Intermediate qualification (equivalent to 2 GCSEs) and is an experienced practitioner capable of working independently, with guidance where needed.
• Communicates clearly using basic verbal skills under supervision to express ideas, request actions, contribute to planning and policy development, and assist in producing clear, relevant reports.
• Works with guidance to interpret and apply policies and procedures, plan and prioritize tasks, and take appropriate actions to meet business objectives in alignment with organizational strategies.
• Applies elementary concepts under supervision to maintain safe systems of work, identify and manage risks in production processes, and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Supports employee learning and development at a basic level under supervision, helping others grow the skills and experience needed to contribute to the organization’s success.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic equipment and perform routine tasks by strictly following detailed instructions.
• Complete operational activities using established processes and within defined parameters.
• Assist with the installation of equipment and appliances by preparing work areas and supporting tasks under close instruction.
• Support maintenance and repair of equipment and appliances by conducting preparatory work and assisting under detailed guidance.
• Adhere to strict quality standards to support the organization’s quality assurance processes.
• Follow mandatory safety procedures, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure personal safety, protect others, and minimize environmental impact.
