Requirements

• 6 Months’ time in service after completion of core new hire department-specific training.
• No current written warnings for attendance.
• No written warnings for Safety issues in the last six months.
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills – fosters positive relationships with team members.
• Adhere to Standard site Promotion qualifications.

Nice To Haves

• Basic math, reading, and recordkeeping skills.
• Compliance with systems/programs similar to Givaudan’s Quality, EH&S, and Food Safety programs.
• Compliance with applicable Local, State, and Federal regulatory requirements as defined by Givaudan procedures/policies.
• Compliance with applicable 3rd party certification requirements as defined by Givaudan procedures/policies.
• Fork truck certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manually compound, filter and/or dispense finished products and/or intermediates.
• Movement of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging to and from the warehouse.
• Compounding of liquid flavors and/or intermediates.
• Filtering of liquid compounded batches.
• Filling of liquid finished goods for shipment.
• Running the movement of materials between liquids and the warehouse.
• Work is executed within the departments Quality expectations.
