Oversees operation of processing equipment and processes. Makes routine tests and observes, charts, and determines when process is complete. Works safely with batch processing equipment to produce high quality coatings products.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Communication skills - proficient in written, verbal, and listening skills
• Demonstrated willingness to be actively involved in day to day Plant activities
• Familiarity with Safety activities, safe behavior observations, and team activities

Nice To Haves

• Production Operations/Manufacturing experience
• Paint/Coating batch processing experience
