About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with operating machinery and production equipment.
  • Basic understanding of quality control processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Follow production schedules and instructions to meet daily production targets.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in training new employees on production processes and equipment operation.
  • Be a member of a Natural HPT and actively engage during the team's TIB Meetings.
