About The Position

The Production Operator I position is a full-time role based in Quaker City, OH, focused on gas and condensate production from wells. Under general supervision, the operator will follow safety, health, and environmental policies to ensure personal and operational safety. The role involves conducting regular well checks, monitoring production, performing maintenance on field equipment, and troubleshooting issues. The operator will also manage fluids on assigned routes and ensure the accuracy of oil run tickets. This position requires a working knowledge of safety processes and the ability to operate manual tools related to well maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to operate manual tools related to well maintenance.
• Basic math skills for calculating tank volumes and gas flow rates.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow objectives and instructions set by the supervisor.
• Confidence to ask questions and obtain information from relevant sources.
• Ability to work professionally with Land Owners, Operators, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular well checks and monitor daily production.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance of field and well equipment.
• Review flow meter readings, pressures, and production volumes.
• Apply safety processes and procedures in high-pressure oil and gas operations.
• Monitor gas production and oil inventory using the SCADA system.
• Manage all fluids on assigned route and ensure accuracy of oil run tickets.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex issues and implement approved solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
