Under direction of Production Supervisor or his/her designee, performs various aspects of assembling baby changing tables, highchairs, and seating products, including sub-assembly, final assembly, parts, bagging, making cartons and packaging. Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follow all safety rules and regulations Follow and maintain all aspects of quality Manual and automation assisted assembly of raw materials into finished goods. Meet predetermined production deadlines. Assist inventory control. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Must be able to function in a team oriented and continuously improving environment. Qualifications To perform job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily by a predetermined deadline date. As a minimum, the Production Operator is required to have a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Production experience preferred. Ability to read and/or interpret documents such as work orders, procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety rules. Ability to comprehend and respond appropriately in English is required: fluency in the English language preferred. Lift, push or pull loads up to 50 pounds. Use of light tools such as, screwdrivers, drills, hammer, rivet guns, air tools, various machines, etc., is required. Basic computer skills. Requirements

As a minimum, the Production Operator is required to have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
