About The Position
The position involves following manufacturing procedures and guidelines to conduct various tasks that are part of the production process. This includes loading materials into production machines, removing packs, and sorting raw materials or finished products. The role also requires collecting and disposing of garbage and production waste, as well as cleaning production equipment and work areas. The individual will be accountable for the set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of equipment, including mechanical and programmable controls, and will complete necessary adjustments for changeovers. Responsibilities also include visually inspecting all incoming materials and outgoing products, performing package integrity tests, assisting forklift drivers with lower-level problems, identifying non-conforming products, and monitoring computer terminals and OIT screens.
