In this role you’ll make an impact by: Our Production Operators at Novonesis are skilled workers who are tasked with setting up, monitoring, and maintaining equipment and processes in our industrial biotechnology factory. Our industrial biotechnology factory uses microbes (living organisms found in nature) to produce biosolutions which are enzymes (produced by fermenting & feeding microbes) and proteins used as food ingredients. The biosolutions are used in the production of a variety of products in industries such as food, household care, animal nutrition, biofuels and more. The role of the Production Operator is key to ensure safety, quality and compliance of the production process.
