About The Position
Baronet Coffee, Inc. is a fourth-generation family-owned business with a century of experience in supplying coffee to various clients, including offices, restaurants, and coffee shops across 28 states. We are currently seeking a dedicated Full or Part-Time Production Operator to join our team in Windsor, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production lines and machinery within a manufacturing environment, specifically focusing on coffee packaging, flavoring, grinding, roasting, and loading processes. As a Production Operator, you will receive on-the-job training to develop your skills across multiple production areas. This position offers the opportunity for advancement, as operators who demonstrate proficiency in running different lines will receive additional pay based on the complexity of the machines and operations. Starting pay is competitive, with increases available as you gain skills and experience. We are looking for individuals who are committed to adhering to food safety and quality standards, making necessary machine adjustments, and performing changeovers and set-ups on assigned packaging equipment to minimize downtime. You will also be expected to comply with all employee and food safety policies and procedures while performing other duties as assigned.
