About The Position

The Production Operators in the Blending position follow recipes to ensure the customers receive the ideal liquid ingredients to meet their needs. This involves measuring, use of lifts and cranes, learning processes and following procedures. Their attention to detail and maintaining safe processes ensure that the best product is shipped daily. It is critical to success that all governmental and Kerry processes and policies are met and or exceeded. The successful employees in this role are leaders for other employees and consistently communicates with the production team!

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
• 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience ideal.
• 6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain a good attendance record and availability for overtime.
• Must be self-motivated and conscientious.
• Ability to work well with a team or other coworkers.
• Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
• Ability to complete certification requirements
• Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience ideal.
