This position will be required to perform Operations Level 3 roles; Bag Inspector, Block Opening, Culler (Raw and Cooked), Cutter, Trim Collection, Inspector and Palletizer. The Bag Inspector ensures the integrity of bag seals and date code after they have been formed and filled. The Block Opening role is responsible for removing block envelopes from blocks to keep pace with the line. The Culler/Inspector is tasked with culling (inspecting) out fish rejects during the production of portions and/or sticks. The Cutter is responsible for filling cutter pockets with product. The Trim Collection involves collecting, measuring, and recording rejects generated during the process based on quality requirements. Finally, the Palletizer is responsible for hand stacking pallets.
