About the position

The Production Operator on the 2nd Shift at Nutra Blend is responsible for performing various manufacturing processes that contribute to the production of high-quality vitamin and mineral premixes for the feed industry. This role involves handling raw materials, operating proprietary processes, and packaging final products while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the production stages.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing processes to create high-quality final products.
• Receive and handle raw materials for production.
• Operate proprietary processes to add value to inputs.
• Package final products according to specifications.
• Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and sanitation during all stages of production.

Requirements

• 6 plus months of manufacturing experience required.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate solutions and approaches to problems.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and adapt to changes.
• Coordination skills to work effectively with team members.
