About The Position
The associate is responsible for manufacturing and packaging a variety of products through staging, mixing, blending, and packaging tasks. This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The associate will operate various mixing and blending equipment across the plant floor and must exhibit a sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. Following plant policies and practices to ensure safety, quality, and service is essential. The associate will also maintain accurate inventory and minimize waste while ensuring good housekeeping of the work area.
