About The Position

The position is for a Production Operator on the 1st shift, where you will operate mostly routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided. You will perform mostly routine activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances. This includes measuring finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications, maintaining logs and records of units produced, and reporting any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces. Additionally, you will inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment, perform mostly basic and routine adjustments and maintenance, maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area, and follow safety regulations. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries.
• Solid understanding of the production equipment.
