About The Position

Requirements

• 1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience
• High attention to detail
• Quality and pride in their work
• No bad finishes in system or reasons for leaving past employers
• Ability to lift, bend, and stretch throughout the entire shift
• Steel toe shoes/boots

Nice To Haves

• Hand and power tool experience
• Inspection/material handling experience

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements
• Perform assembly on parts and quality inspection on in-process and finished products
• Ensure parts are 100% defect-free before continuing the process
• Maintain records of production and scrap figures
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and orderly
• Follow and support company policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Have the ability to stop the process in the event of nonconformity
• Work within a team environment
