About The Position

Production Operations Team Lead (HVAC Sheet Metal) Do you thrive on leading people, fixing flow issues, and keeping production on schedule—en inglés y en español? Your impact Own nightly output by planning, assigning, and rebalancing production tasks as volumes shift. Keep product moving—monitor processes end‑to‑end and expedite work orders across the manufacturing floor. Protect standards—enforce safety, verify quality, and document results consistently. Reduce waste—attack scrap and rework through coaching and small, frequent improvements. Partner widely—sync with Quality Control, Logistics, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve issues fast. Train with intent—onboard new team members and deliver ongoing upskilling on equipment and procedures. Report with precision—capture quantities, downtime, and material usage accurately in the ERP. Communicate clearly—provide regular status and risk updates to leadership. What you’ll need to succeed High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or higher in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual requirement). Track record leading teams in a manufacturing setting. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory management. Experience with production scheduling software and/or ERP platforms. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Comfort making quick, data‑informed decisions in a fast‑moving environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure without losing detail orientation. Deep commitment to quality. Where you’ll work Indoor manufacturing environment (limited outdoor exposure) with stamping presses, roll formers, laser cutting, and standard sheet metal fabrication equipment. Physical capabilities: lift up to 50 lbs; repetitive hand use with simple grasping and push/pull up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, lifting, bending, twisting; walking, sitting, squatting, reaching above shoulders, and climbing. Direct leadership over machine operators, assemblers, and related production staff. Growth, pay, and perks Hourly pay: $30–$35 based on experience. Requirements
