About The Position

You will be the Production Operations Support Team Member Senior for the PAC-3 CLS Program Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for the successful execution of Production Operations strategies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and driving results‑oriented behavior to ensure successful PAC‑3 CLS Production. What You Will Be Doing As the Production Operations Support Team Member Senior you will be responsible for shaping and sustaining production excellence across the program. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Developing and executing Production Operations strategies and transition plans to maintain cost and schedule. Providing site and external supplier support, including recovery plan execution and investigation coordination. Collaborating with Quality, PP&C, Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Global Supply Chain, the Project Office, Program Management, and Senior Leadership. Leading and motivating large, diverse teams to achieve production goals. Analyzing and improving production processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from an accredited university
Production Site or Manufacturing experience
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Possess appropriate business acumen to successfully present cases to a variety of customers (Project Office, Program Management and Senior Leadership)
Demonstrated skills in team building and leadership through influence
Experience within Operations Management or related disciplines supporting production
Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization including technical & non-technical personnel
Ability to obtain security clearance
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

A broad base of knowledge regarding electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical production
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
