Will be responsible for leading a minimum of one project and participating in several others supporting the execution of the functional excellence plan for the Production, Planning and Control department at a large manufacturing facility. Students who can work well in a teaming environment, have good organization skills, and have good computer skills will be the most successful.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelors or Masters degree in fields such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, MIS, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Business.
  • Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of, experience with, or coursework in inventory control, materials handling and/or Lean Six Sigma principles and applications.
  • Experience working on projects with teams as a leader and participant or for other organizations through school or extracurricular activities.
  • SAP knowledge through experience or school
  • ASCM Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification
