About The Position
You will be the Production Operations Lead for the Precision Fires team. Our team is responsible for integrating production operations strategies, developing transition plans, and executing the successful production of the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) across multiple Lockheed Martin manufacturing facilities. As the Production Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing all program aspects related to production operations and manufacturing, with an emphasis on design for producibility and positioning products for full life cycle success. You will lead and drive the achievement of the most producible solutions for customers, delivering scalable manufacturing solutions and leading transition to production activities.
