About The Position

You will be a Production Operations Project Manager supporting Apache Longbow FCR and Apache mTADS program within the Rotary Wing Sensors (RWS) portfolio. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality products to our customers, meeting quality, cost, and schedule commitments, and driving operational excellence. As a part of the Production Operations project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of production, serving as a liaison between program management, cross‑functional teams, and factory leadership. You will also partner with our joint‑venture partners and engage with customers to drive program success. Coordinate daily priorities and execute plans to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments. Develop and lead cross‑functional teams to achieve program goals. Partner with program management, factory leadership, and other partners to drive operational excellence. Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure program success. Requirements

  • Experience in precision / highly-regulated, production, manufacturing, and/or manufacturing environments
  • Technical background and experience in engineering, project management, supply chain, and/or production planning and control
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization to build consensus, champion change, and deliver results
  • Ability to achieve objectives through influence and indirect leadership
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Apache MTADS or Apache Longbow FCR products
  • Project management training or certification
  • Aerospace and Defense production experience
  • Lean Six Sigma green belt or black belt
  • Familiarity with AS9100 and other defense quality standards
  • Industrial Engineering
  • OLDP Graduate
