About The Position
The position involves overseeing production scheduling and ensuring that all production deadlines are met. The role requires creating and managing detailed production schedules, adjusting them as necessary to address any issues that arise. Communication with Team Leaders and the Shipping Clerk is essential to ensure that shipments are met and customer quality standards are upheld during the production process. Additionally, the role includes resource allocation, determining the necessary labor, equipment, and raw materials needed to execute the production plan, and supervising Team Leaders, the Shipping Clerk, and Forklift operators in the shipping/receiving area. The position also emphasizes the importance of maintaining safety regulations and proper 5S activities on the production floor.
