Production Member - 2nd Shift
About The Position

There are a few new roles posted on our roster for Production Members & Machine Operators for our SECOND shift operations. Work schedule is 2:45pm - 11:15pm + Saturdays often required. Our team members enjoy a full benefit package, including paid vacation days within 60 days from hire. The Delta-Lapeer facility manufactures plastic bath tubs, shower bases and coordinating wall units. It's really cool to pop into a store and see a product that you made on the shelf ready to make someone's home a showcase. Our products are in high demand, and we are ready to hit a home run, but we need your help....
Responsibilities
- Lift, carry and place parts on trim fixture
- Use hand tools to smooth rough edges
- Make pass/fail quality decisions based on quality standards
- Prep boxes with labels and instructions
- Lift, carry and place finished parts on the box
- Close and staple the box using air powered staple gun
- Stack completed boxes on the pallet and prep for stretch wrap
- Follow standardized work to meet production and quality expectations
- Participate in team environment with 2 – 5 team members in the area
