About The Position

At Ace Precision—serving Aerospace, Power Generation, Defense, and Space for 40+ years—you’ll help deliver components used in commercial and business aircraft, military platforms, spacecraft, and critical aftermarket repair & overhaul. Picture yourself in Oconomowoc, WI You’re the go-to person for tooling and materials. You coordinate with your supervisor and production staff, stage parts per work instructions, and update the ERP system so every tool is labeled, located, and accounted for. When a tool goes missing, you’re the one who finds it. You check condition and wear with basic inspection methods and flag issues early. Safety is second nature as you move items using hand trucks, storage equipment, and lifting devices—and you speak up when something doesn’t look right. You close out your day with cycle counts and prep for physical inventories.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate computer data entry.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, catalog, and issue tooling for multiple manufacturing operations.
  • Stage materials to job routings and work instructions; communicate status and needs to supervisors and production teams.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy in the ERP system, including locations and attributes; quickly locate misplaced tools.
  • Inspect and measure tools for defects and wear; promptly report concerns.
  • Operate hand trucks, inventory storage equipment, and lifting devices safely; proactively identify safety concerns.
  • Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory events.
