  • Lift and stack finished goods.
  • Perform quality checks on the boards.
  • Handle rework material when necessary.
  • Perform hand beveling, stacking boards, operate Parke and Diehl saws and spindle router and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Assist with making changes on the line and perform various other functions while changes are being made.
  • Set up and operate end router in a timely manner.
  • Perform fabrication such as hand beveling, stacking and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • High School education or GED preferred
  • Prior manufacturing, assembly, material movement or machine operator experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing materials, fabrication processes and machinery preferred.
  • Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other company vehicles.
  • Must be able to read, write, and use measuring devices
  • Must be able to perform heavy duty work.
  • Must be available to work at any time, day (including weekends) and rotating shifts.
  • Must be able to get to work on time and have reliable good attendance.
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment (hot, cold, dusty, etc.).
  • Must be able to work overtime if needed.
  • Must be able to read, write, and use measuring devices.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others, both verbal and written.
  • Must be willing to take training to develop process and quality knowledge.
  • Must be able to safely operate mobile equipment (Fork Lift Truck).
