About The Position

Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Production Manufacturing Technician, located in Sauk Rapids, MN. Responsibilities General labor but not limited to loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment, miscellaneous assembly, inspecting, alcohol wiping, swabbing, carrying plates, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function and flow testing, bagging, packaging and other duties that pertain to all areas. Demonstrate ability to operate microscopes profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers and leak, flow and function testing equipment. Demonstrate ability to operate ultra sonic wash, electro polish and insert installation stations. Monitor supplies and understand how to use material replenishment reordering system. Follow and perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks. Must be able to cross train and assist other production areas depending on the production schedule. Will occasionally be tasked with work in clean room, clean line or assembly areas as workflow dictates. Understand and follow all of Ichor’s Standard Operating Procedures as they pertain to manufacturing related duties. Proper use of required PPE. This includes coveralls, boots, hairnets/headcovers/face shields, gloves, etc. Desired Education, Certifications and Experience Good communication skills, flexibility, and cooperation High level of production skills Clean room experience Good work ethic Strong attention to detail Basic math skills Understanding of controlled process regulations Computer applications such as but not limited to MS Office products Physical Requirements Standing - Frequently Bending and twisting - Occasionally Lifting 1 - 10 lbs. - Frequently Lifting up to 25 lbs. - Occasionally Lifting up to 50 lbs. - Rarely Use of close vision - Frequently Use hands/fingers to reach, handle, and feel - Frequently Available Positions 1st Shift 7am-5pm Mon-Thurs 2nd Shift 1pm-11pm Mon-Thurs 3rd Shift 10:45pm-6:45am Sun- Thurs 4th Shift 7am-7pm Fri-Sun For candidates based in Minnesota: The pay range for this position is $17.12 - $29.09 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
