About The Position

The Production Manager at Four Seasons Roofing is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes within the company. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 3 years of management experience in construction or roofing
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Experience with project management
• Strong background in process optimization
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of production staff along with ongoing training of each individual production team member.
• Develop an internal growth program for the production team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge & technical skill education.
• Maintain and grow subcontractor relationships & standards.
• Enhance existing and develop new quality standards.
• Optimize workflows and create efficiencies including scheduling and crew usage, material ordering & usage, dump & deliveries, production of contracted work and change order work, quality control.
• Implement safety training and accident prevention programs.
• Meet planned production goals and achieve growth by managing the Four Seasons production and collaborating with the sales team.
• Set individual goals and targets for the production staff.
• Track production goals and optimizations, presenting reports and realistic forecasts to the executive team.
• Oversee the activities and guidance of the production assistant(s) in the office.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
