About The Position

The company manufactures a broad range of products for our customers in commercial spaces (i.e. office buildings, factories, hospitality, healthcare, etc.). The company's filter offering includes panel, pleated and mini-pleated filters, among others, that are focused on the highest minimum-efficiency-reporting-values ratings and high-efficiency-particulate-absorbing requirements. We are a world leader in the ability to create true HEPA filters as well as gas phase filters with a differentiated ability and have partnered with several companies to produce OEM filter solutions for their products. We are seeking a Production Manager in our York, SC facility. Responsible for the administration and efficient operation of the facility in accordance with company policy. Coordinate the facilities activities so that people, machines and raw materials are assembled to ensure timely and safe production of quality finished goods and maintain a high level of employee morale at the lowest possible cost. Major portion of job is to give direction to, guide and develop immediate staff and all facility personnel. Create an atmosphere that fosters teamwork and employee involvement. Drive excellence in safety, quality, delivery and productivity to ensure customer satisfaction. Understand and drive appropriate material and labor requirements and readiness.
