About The Position
The role of an Autonomous Production Unit (UAP) Manager is to manage the effective operation of the UAP Team, as well as HR issues for team members. The UAP must not exceed a total number of 200 people. The UAP Manager is the line manager of several supervisors and, when relevant, line manager of support functions (quality, maintenance, continuous improvement, etc.). This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and is a member of the Plant Management Committee. The UAP Manager is responsible for appointing a Deputy to represent them during their absence.
