About The Position
As a member of the El Paso Plant team, the Production Manager will be responsible for production molding and ICB Assembly lines. Your work will include, but not be limited to: Planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes. Ensure final product is produced efficiently, on time and the correct level of quality. Lead production resources and managing planning for production areas. Ensure daily production meet demand planned to avoid back orders. Maintain a good control of workshop material inventory. Lead in a daily matter accountability meeting with all the service departments. Lead together with Supervisors scrap reduction projects. Maintain machine efficiency to produce within cost standard. Maintains continuous improvement by developing processes and process improvements (reducing quality defects, costs, and cycle times) within each manufacturing team. Ensure safety rules are follow up to avoid LTI's. Follow systems for TS16949 and ISO14001.
