About The Position

The Production Manager will manage production crews and job assignments while adhering to PuroClean® production guidelines. This role involves assigning and coordinating jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. The Production Manager will supervise scheduling, coordinate requirements for jobs, complete job files, and monitor jobs from start to completion. This is a site-working manager position, and the Production Manager will lead jobs in the field as needed. Timely documentation and maintaining production costs at the established rate are essential. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in mitigation industry
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them
• Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communication
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
• Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
• IICRC Certification in WRT & ASD required

Responsibilities

• Managing Customer Satisfaction
• Effectively oversee all aspects of production, including inventory and ordering of supplies, managing mitigation techs, coordinating maintenance of equipment and production vehicles
• Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
• Coaching and training of technicians, including holding regular safety meetings
• Ensure all jobs follow required insurance SLA's
• Coordinate on-call schedule
• Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
