Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Strong written and verbal skills, including proof-reading and basic math for estimating.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed goals.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaking skills are helpful but not necessary.
• Previous experience in the paint industry is not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain painters to ensure a high-performing team.
• Organize painter appreciation events to foster team morale.
• Respond to customer concerns and assist painters with solutions.
• Assist in scheduling jobs to maintain high brand experience ratings.
• Participate in training sessions with the owner and other employees.
• Create and implement a safety program for painters during production meetings.
• Manage crews in both residential and commercial sectors in the Colorado Springs area.
• Assist with residential sales during peak seasons.
