Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree required in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering
• Experience in manufacturing environment (textile experience a plus)
• 1+ years of experience in a leader or supervisor role
• Ability to work overtime or non-regular hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving process conditions to achieve KPI targets
• Maintaining production line related databases
• Production planning of their specified production line
• Responsible for overseeing work instructions and SOP's
• Responsible for approval of direct reports vacations and performance reviews
• Work closely with the maintenance department (shutdowns, PM's, etc)
• Must maintain a clean and safe work environment
