About The Position
The Production Manager at Puratos is a key member of the Operations leadership team, responsible for leading the Production Department and ensuring the implementation of a robust Manufacturing Excellence Program. This role focuses on delivering quality, cost efficiency, and safety through methodologies such as Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), and Lean-Six Sigma. The Production Manager will oversee food safety, compliance, and employee performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
