The role As Production Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of custom fabrication, print and event production across our US market. You’ll guide projects from concept through installation — ensuring feasibility, efficiency and excellence at every stage. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors, providing expert production insight, flagging risks, managing budgets and ensuring every activation upholds IMA’s creative and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in production, ideally within an agency or retail environment.
  • Solid understanding of print processes, formats, and installation logistics.
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills — with clients, suppliers, and teams.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and a readiness to go the extra mile when it counts.

Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end 3D fabrication, print and event production for retail environments and activations.
  • Providing guidance during concepting to ensure feasibility around cost, timings, safety and quality.
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
  • Supporting creative and account teams with production knowledge, insights and solutions.
  • Identifying new technologies and efficiencies to keep our work competitive and future-ready.
  • Championing detail, accuracy and service excellence across every stage of the process.
