We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who can help us continue to achieve our vision by leading projects to success. Home Remodeling Pros is based out of Central PA. We offer completely customized Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, Decks and Home Additions. All are designed by our sales consultants. Our company purpose is to make the customer experience as amazing as the outcome. WHO WE WANT: A Detail-Oriented Professional with Strong Organizational Skills. A motivated team member with Proven Experience in Planning and Project Development, including project budgeting. A candidate with Strong Client Communication Skills and Expertise in Managing Expectations Throughout the Construction Process. An individual who is skilled in Team Management and possesses Effective Leadership skills. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage all tasks assigned based on job type; meeting deadlines, while providing exceptional client satisfaction. Convey job-related information to customers and lead installers. Collect payments as milestones are reached for both ongoing and recently completed jobs. Supervise the team, maintaining communication as necessary, to ensure company goals and standards are met. WORKING CONDITIONS: Location: Travel/Job Site visits, 70% Office 30% (3130 Morningside Drive, Camp Hill, 17011) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Requirements

  • A Detail-Oriented Professional with Strong Organizational Skills.
  • A motivated team member with Proven Experience in Planning and Project Development, including project budgeting.
  • A candidate with Strong Client Communication Skills and Expertise in Managing Expectations Throughout the Construction Process.
  • An individual who is skilled in Team Management and possesses Effective Leadership skills.
  • 4 years of Project Management in Residential Construction preferred
