Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of machining processes and CNC machines
Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving and organizational skills
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams) and ERP production systems

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production of ultrasonic tooling, optimizing efficiency and throughput
Supervise tool shop employees in day-to-day activities as well as reviews and training/development
Execute production schedule according to business unit and customer priorities
Manage raw material stock levels and interface with purchasing department on replenishment
Responsible for maintenance program and upkeep on all machinery
Enforce quality and safety regulations, participating in corrective actions when necessary
