This state-of-the-art extrusion and polymer manufacturing site serves as a center of excellence for operational performance, innovation, and quality across our manufacturing network. The Production Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating plant manufacturing operations to meet cost, quality, and productivity objectives. This role plays a key part in achieving the plant’s operational goals, including production scheduling, workflow optimization, employee development, and continuous improvement. Working closely with operations leadership, the Production Manager ensures safe, efficient, and reliable production performance in alignment with Deckorators’ standards of excellence.
